SHIPPING POLICY  

All Canadian orders will be posted directly from our warehouse at

Shipping Notes

 The following points are important:

· Shipping is through either Purolator EGround (2 or more business days), Purolator Express 9AM, or Purolator Express, all shipping will be at a additional cost.

· You can also have your favourite shipping company pick up the items at ShopCartridges to deliver to your customers.

· We reserve the rights to discontinue our shipping offer at any time. In the event that this occurs, every confirmed order that was placed prior to our discontinuation will still be honoured at the same shipping cost as was quoted when the order was placed, regardless of when the product is eventually shipped.

· Orders received after 3:00 pm EST in Canada on Friday through the weekend, will not be shipped until Monday. Items are not to be shipped individually. Orders will therefore be delayed until all the requested items have been gathered.

· The responsibility of packages that have left our warehouse will automatically rest solely on the carrier company. Any unforeseen delay is therefore a fault of theirs and not ours. We however need to remind you that you should at least wait for 15 business days for the delivery of your packages before considering it might be misplaced and ask us or the concerning carrier.

· In the event that you do not receive your package after this period, please contact us by calling us. You will get help ASAP.

*If customers require a specific shipping company, kindly notify when placing the orders. Otherwise, all orders will be shipped by Purolator. Please note that once Purolator picks up the shipments, it will be solely their responsibility for shipment delivery.
